Isaac Yoder was sentenced to a year in prison and a $1,570 fine for his actions – He walked into the US Capitol in Washington DC dressed as George Washington spoke to a police officer and walked out. He did not see any violence. He did not cause any violence. His crime was dressing as America’s Founding Father.
A Yavapai County judge last week ruled in favor of the Arizona Free Enterprise Club and Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections in a recent lawsuit that seeks to prohibit the Arizona Secretary of State from enforcing illegal election procedures relating to mail-in ballot signature verification.
Judge John Napper rejected the Motions to Dismiss filed by Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, a former cartel lawyer, and Mi Familia Vota, a Democrat nonprofit. A status conference has been set for Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.
The Judge notes in his order,
“The Court finds the Special Action states claim upon which relief can be granted. The Court finds the Plaintiffs have correctly defined registration record. The 2019 EPM creates a process that contradicts the plain language of A.R.S. §16-550(A). Therefore, this portion of the EPM and the instruction from the Secretary do ‘not have the force of law.'”
This is how they steal elections in Arizona. Hundreds of thousands of fraudulent ballots are trafficked or inserted with no chain of custody documentation, and someone forges a signature. Sometimes, all it takes is a random scribble on the affidavit.
Under the current Arizona Elections Procedures Manual, when a signature is accepted on a mail-in ballot envelope or a voter uses an in-person polling place touch screen signature log, it is added to the voter’s “registration record” to be used for future reference. Many voters were seen with similar affidavit signatures in consecutive elections that do not match other signatures on their voter registrations or past affidavits. County Recorders just need to cheat consistently with the same bullsh*t signatures.
This new ruling will require voter registration forms to be used for signature verification, as opposed to previously accepted fraudulent mail-in ballots and other signature forms. “Documents are a part of the ‘registration record’ only if they involve the voter’s ‘registration,'” the Judge stated.

It seems to make sense: If a drunk driver robs a child of their parent, doesn't it make sense that they should be financially responsible for the loss? Perhaps, but there might be other questions that are also relevant: Texas drunken drivers who kill a child's parent or guardian in a crash are now liable to pay child support, according to legislation that went into effect Friday. Texas House Bill 393, also known as Bentley's Law, was first filed Nov. 14 of last year. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed the bill June 2. "Any time a parent passes is tragic, but a death at the hands of a drunk driver is especially heinous," said the Republican governor. "I was proud to sign HB 393 into law this year to require offenders to pay child support for the children of their victims." According to the law, intoxicated manslaughter culprits are only on the hook until the child turns 18 years old or finishes high school. The notion that people should have to provide compensation for injuring another party is a commonly accepted idea. In this case, depriving a child of one or both of their parents causes astronomical damage to their mental and financial health. It is a life-changing event brought on by someone acting irresponsibly. It also brings up an interesting debate when looked at from a wider perspective. This particular law only affects drunk drivers – but what about sober drivers who drive recklessly and bring about the same result? Should they also be held accountable and compelled to pay child support? One could certainly make valid arguments in favor of this proposition, couldn't they?

Appearing on “The Adam Carolla Show” on Tuesday, Carlson noted that the years-long trajectory of persecution against former President Donald Trump has only one logical end.
“We’re speeding toward assassination, obviously,” Carlson said.
Carlson offered this shocking observation as an answer to a question from Carolla about the future. “Are they going to let Trump be president?” Carolla asked.
Without identifying who “they” might be, Carlson began by reviewing the history of opposition to Trump. The former president’s enemies have subjected him to insults, protests, multiple impeachments and now four separate indictments. Meanwhile, Trump’s popularity has grown.
“So if you begin with criticism, then you go to protest, then you go to impeachment, now you go to indictment, and none of them work, what’s next? I mean, graph it out, man,” Carlson said before making his assassination prediction.
“They have decided — permanent Washington, both parties — have decided that there’s something about Trump that’s so threatening to them that they just can’t have him,” Carlson said.
“If this were happening in Moldova, the State Department would issue an all-hands-on-deck order to let the world know this is not a legitimate government, and yet our government is doing it,” Carlson said.
“It’s really hard to overstate how bad this is, and I don’t know where it’s going, but there’s a collision that’s clearly imminent,” Carlson predicted.
Furthermore, President Joe Biden’s obvious cognitive decline means that no one knows who controls the government. That fact alone makes the future even more uncertain and ominous.
“I’ve never been this worried about anything as I am about where this is going,” Carlson concluded.
Carlson is not the first conservative commentator to speculate on threats to Trump’s life. In June, Dan Bongino cited bad actors both domestic and foreign.
“There’s a unique, witches’ brew of threat for this guy,” Bongino said of Trump.
Meanwhile, deranged individuals outside of government have targeted both the former president and his son Barron.
Among prominent conservatives, however, Carlson is the first to openly identify assassination as the logical conclusion to a seething establishment’s unhinged crusade.
In fact, the former Fox News host raised this very possibility during his interview with Trump last week.
First, Carlson used Jeffrey Epstein’s mysterious death as a segue into the topic of how bad actors can eliminate threats. Then, Carlson noted the same sequence of anti-Trump behavior he cited for Carolla: protests, impeachments and indictments. Finally, he posed the same question to Trump.“Are you worried that they’re gonna try and kill you? Why wouldn’t they try and kill you?” Carlson asked.
Trump responded as if the thought had occurred to him.
“They’re savage animals. They are people that are sick — really sick,” the former president said.
