There are two possible narratives being pushed:
The guy was a nut who was spaced out on back pain drugs and was a true believer in global warming and the evils of big business medicine - enough so to murder someone over it.
The guy was a fall guy for a mafia hit on a CEO who was about to testify in court proving Nancy Pelosi was guilty of huge insider trading.
Given the evidence and odd facts below, number 2 seems a bit more likely. Here is the evidence:
Two law enforcement officials told CNN that fingerprints found at the scene of the assassination of the UnitedHealthcare CEO outside a Midtown Manhattan Hilton hotel last week match those of 26-year-old Ivy League graduate Luigi Mangione.
CNN reports:
"This marks the first positive forensic match tying Mangione directly to the scene where Brian Thompson was gunned down just over a week ago outside a Midtown Manhattan hotel."
This new development comes as suspected killer Mangione fights extradition to New York City. He is currently held at the State Correctional Institution—Huntingdon, Pennsylvania—until proper paperwork by NY is filed.
Ahead of the extradition proceeding at the Blair County Courthouse in Pennsylvania on Tuesday, Mangione yelled to reporters: "It is completely out of touch and an insult to the intelligence of the American people."
His yell seems to be saying that he is a patsy and that a hoax is in progress.
The fingerprints rely on the honesty of the NYPD officers in a mafia related case. Their integrity is not a fact in evidence given their handling of other politically connected cases such as Weiner's laptop.

Money?
How did he know when and where?
Why did he have everything incriminating on him all ready to go?
(1) I read the "manifesto." (Must they always have a "manifesto?") It was an interesting read. Felt sympathy for the mother and him. If it is shown to a jury, it might be enough to get him a hung jury -- especially in NYC. But ...
He complained that the insurance deductible was $6,000. End of year, hit the deductible, and a new year started with another $6,000 deductible. Also complained of a quack telling mom she needed back surgery that would cost $180,000. They found out later it would not have helped at all.
I can understand the pain mom (and he) went through. I can understand the frustration that the pain was not solved. I can understand the increased frustration that United Health did nothing but play games and violate the insurance contract to save money for the company.
I understand all that. And yes, that needs to change in BigHealth America.
But I do not understand why the money issue was such a big deal for THIS person and THIS family.
They are wealthy. $1.9 million house. Own a country club, hotels, real estate, businesses.
Sent kid through private school that cost probably around $1 milllion -- $500,000 just for K-12, then bachelor's and master's degrees at UPenn. They have a daughter who is a high-earner, and probably had an expensive education, too. Maybe more children (not sure).
These people have money. Money cannot kill the pain. I understand that, but it sure as hell can pay medical bills and alternative treatments, insurance company or not.
So, the money complaint does not really add up for THIS particular family.
It would for most families, but I am skeptical about why it would accelerate such hatred for THIS particular situation.
(2) CEO was the leader of the investor conference (or, at least, one of the key participants). Conference was held at the Hilton. When the conference room was booked, it would be natural to also book rooms in the same hotel for company attendees.
Why did he stay at a hotel across the street?
AND ... how the hell did Luigi KNOW that the CEO stayed at a different hotel, and not the Hilton? How would he KNOW there would ever be an opportunity for a shooting, at all? How did he KNOW the exact timing?
Conference started at 8:00 am. CEO showed up at 6:45. CEO could have arrived earlier or later. Seems the shooter had a pretty good idea when CEO would arrive on the scene.
How?
(3) Why, several days later, did he still have the weapon, fake ID's, face masks, clothes, AND a "manifesto" on him? Maybe he expected to be caught. But why have all that evidence on his person?
He could have grown a beard, or had a fake one ready to go. Could have shaved his head. Could have worn fake glasses, a plastic nose that looks different.
Hell ... he could have TRIMMED THOSE BUSHY EYEBROWS!
Something just doesn't seem to add up.
Maybe the story is 100% legit, but ramping up the public to turn to violence to solve "corrupt corporate America problems" seems like a move the criminal cabal would love to see.
Excerpt:
"In November, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield announced that it would no longer continue to pay for anesthesia over the complete duration of medical procedures for its policyholders in Connecticut, New York, and Missouri. Instead, the healthcare insurer would only pay for anesthesia over a predetermined amount of time. The insurer stated it would rely on parameters categorized as 'physician work time values' by the Centers For Medicare And Medicaid Services, a metric healthcare professionals opposed to Anthem's new policy described as arbitrary and unclear.
This meant that if the prescribed time frame for use of anesthesia exceeded those CMS metrics that Anthem would completely deny the bill submitted by anesthesiologists, leaving patients to cover the enormous cost. In an official statement announcing the new policy, Anthem wrote “We will utilize the CMS Physician Work Time values to target the number of minutes reported for anesthesia services. Claims submitted with reported time above the established number of minutes will be denied.” The policy change was set to take effect in February 2025.
..
Despite the fervent outrage, Anthem remained indignant to the concerns raised by clinicians and public health officials. The insurer was heading into the new year with the policy change set to take effect undeterred. At least, that was until the murder of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Following Thompson's killing, consummate MSM shill and fake news parasite Taylor Lorenz put Anthem's new policy on anesthesia coverage back into the limelight. Lorenz reposted the press release issued by the ASA to Anthem in November, writing "And people wonder why we want these executives dead," on her account on Bluesky. Just hours after the incendiary post, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield announced that it would be reversing the change in policy and continue to pay for policyholder's anesthesia as it previously had."
The mafia connection:
"Luigi's family owns media properties in Maryland. Radio stations, I think.
The Patriarch was Nicholas. His dad immigrated from Sicily and hey lived in Little Italy. He was appointed to the Baltimore City Board of Ed by Mayor Thomas D'Alesandro (Pelosi brother connection). There were grumblings about mob connections associated with Nicholas, who chalked it up to stereotyping him.
Antonino Mangione is a Maryland Delegate from Baltimore County. A republican and member of the Health and Social Services subcommittee during COVID.
Don't forget that Pelosi's father was a former Mayor of Baltimore and Representative in Congress. He was always chumming around with the Mafioso in Baltimore.
Just more weirdness to add to the situation."
Was Luigi set up? Was the United Healthcare CEO about to testify about medical fuckery even beyond COVID, AND was Luigi's family also about to testify about such fuckery? The timing: right before DOGE is in place. The photos of Luigi and the murderer don't seem to match.
EDIT AND ALERT: Evidence that Luigi was set up:
What's not coming out much yet is that Luigi's family is ALSO involved in the "medical establishment." According to local news (https://www.thebaltimorebanner.com/national/luigi-mangione-united-ceo-killing-3PUAWJU4JNCPBPA5BOMTUENAVE/):
"His late grandfather, Nicholas Mangione Sr., who died in 2008, was a self-made real estate developer who owned country clubs, NURSING HOMES and a radio station."
"Family businesses also include the Lorien Health Services nursing homes and radio station WCBM-AM." (Think Medicare and Medicaid and the massive fuckery these people would know about.) Will this family now keep its mouths shut to keep Luigi out of prison and protect other family members?
This article has photos both of Luigi and the hostel visitor:
They don't seem the same to me. Luigi seems way more swarthy and with a widen face.
When arrested, Luigi shouts something about this being an “insult to the intelligence of the American people.” Sort of strange for anything other than a frame job.
Luigi's bio and reports from friends don't fit the narrative well. And he might have been kidnapped the last few months, with evidence planted on him.
There is that innocent until proven guilty thing, after all.
The whole thing has a psyop feel to it, doesn't it? So what's real and what's fake?
Is it a coincidence that a possible shutting-up of people happens right before Trump is in office?
Legit manifesto? A plant?
