The following line of reasoning and evidence suggests that the cybertruck bombing was actually a Chinese intelligence operation. Consider this:
There was a whistleblower email supposedly sent by Matt Livelsberger to retired intelligence officer San Shoemate before the cybertruck bombing. (See below) It was sent to a CIA/MI guy who was then interviewed by another CIA/MI guy on the Sean Ryan show. Furthermore it had marks which indicate it was a written, not a received email.

What was the take home narrative from the "whistleblower" email?
The US committed war crimes in Afghanistan.
(US military are bad people doing bad things.)
The Chinese can blow up anyone anywhere at any time because they possess anti-gravity propulsion and the drones prove it. China is a powerful adversary to be feared.
(China is superior. China should be obeyed. Do not go to war with China.)
The FBI almost immediately verified the authenticity of the email.
Remember how long it took the FBI to get to the bottom of the Trump Butler assassination attempt? They still have not. All of a sudden the FBI (aka Biden Democrat minions) verifies the authenticity of the email.
Reminder: The Clintons sold military tech to China. Biden was unarguably bribed by China. The FBI is controlled by the Clinton/Biden Democrats. Thus the FBI management is unavoidably compromised with respect to China.
Reminder: The whole Ukraine operation and the CIA are also compromised by Democrats as evidenced by the 51 intelligence officers and the whole Russia Russia Russia hoax.
Along comes this email, which is pushing a narrative only the Chinese would want to push and it is immediately verified by the China compromised Deep State (FBI). The people involved in pushing the pro China narrative (Shawn Ryan) immediately says they are going dark with their families.
This suggests that the Chinese intelligence apparatus was behind the operation. Neither Israel or Russia or Iran would want to portray themselves as technologically inferior to China. They have no incentive to do this. This was a media event that only benefitted China.

Remember that the Chinese hacked the personnel files for people with clearances?

China had the means and the opportunity to craft such an operation. The only beneficiary was China.
After a delay a further manifesto was released.
A new narrative was crafted to distract and discredit the first manifesto (gravity propulsion and war crimes). The new narrative was that the bomber was insane. His wife was leaving him (no source). His child was not fathered by him (no source). He wrote nutty manifestos (plenty of time to create such a thing).
The take home narrative for the later manifesto was as follows:
Do J6 again. Take to the streets. Shut down DC.
Essentially he supposedly wrote a list of all the things any MAGA person would agree with and then linked it to flooding the streets in a mass protest.
That is the exact opposite of what MAGA people should be doing.
That is the exact thing that the Deep State would want MAGA to do, just like they orchestrated the J6 operation.
The Deep State had the motive and opportunity to try to wallpaper over the Chinese operation and use it to their advantage.
The initial operation narrative was in the interests of the Chinese.
The second operation narrative was in the interests of the Deep State/Biden/Democrats. The second operation was concocted to take advantage of the situation created by the first one.
There is general agreement that Matt was a Trump supporter. His family says so. He would want nothing to do with either operation.
If he was supportive of Trump and Elon then why would he do it in front of a Trump building where it would hurt Trump people? Why would he do it in an Elon cybertruck?
He wouldn't. At least not voluntarily.
He was an expert in demolition. If he had wanted to blow something up it would have been more impressive. It did not even break the windows.

He was no "knucklehead". It appears he was alive when the explosion was triggered. "He is still sitting upright, no visible blood or view of the wound, and his head appears to turn just before the explosion."
He supposedly wrote that he was "not under duress". Yet the identifying information (that he owns a Mustang) was in fact incorrect in important details. Furthermore the Mustang information is available to anyone online. Having a Mustang is not evidence of one's identity and it is absurd that he would use that to verify his identity in the email.
The spell check and cursor show up on the first "whistleblower" email. That is what you see if it is being written on your computer. It is not seen on an incoming email as was stated.

People in his military group were being actively contacted for apparently nefarious purposes (see angertab post above).
Perhaps most telling is that his Signal account changed both before and after the explosion.
Matthew Livelsberger Aka Matt Berg changed his Signal safety number just before the explosion. And then his photo and safety number changed AFTER the explosion.
Taken together it appears that the cybertruck bombing was against his will.
A more likely explanation is that he was contacted, influenced by some means (kidnapped, threats against his son or wife, drugged etc.). He tried to leave clues that it was not him. He gave the wrong information on the Mustang, he made the bomb something that would not hurt people much but would put on a show for his handlers.
The best way to control a brave Special Forces soldier who is used to combat is to threaten his child and wife. The son and wife would not necessarily even know what was going on.
There are other bits that don't make sense with the two narratives: He was shot in the left temple even though he was right handed. His ID was not destroyed even though the car was burned. He supposedly charged the cybertruck in Las Vegas, but it was actually in Kingman Arizona. His face is not seen in the charging video, but the person in the video is brazenly wearing a fireworks stand shirt.
As Benny Johnson points out:
"A guy shoots Trump in the head live at a rally “protected” by the Secret Service - No manifesto - No cell data - No texts - No emails - No interviews of parents - No footage of his home - No background - No accomplices This is the real cover-up."
Contrast that with what we just observed. Suddenly the FBI is forthcoming with data.
Ask who benefits: Cui bono?
Follow the trail to the authors of the narratives and you have the people responsible.
Regarding the New Orleans Jihad terrorist:
He too was currently working in the US military. Perhaps his records were also hacked by the Chinese, and he was induced to commit terrorism - but in the name of ISIS. ISIS is a well established NGO for the CIA used for terrorism against targets like Assad in the Middle East..
We are always fighting the next war whether we know if or not.
Buying officials in the American government has been a cheap and easy way for our adversaries to do harm to America. Now they can't really rely on the Biden people so they're bringing their intelligence operations closer to home, getting more involved personally. Biden and Clintons sold out military tech for decades. The Deep State has a business partner relationship with any and all adversaries and logic dictates that this was the result of their traitorous collusion with China in this operation.
The operation was then hijacked by the Deep State for their own purposes - to try to ignite a civil war in another J6 style operation to derail the peaceful transition of power.
If this evidence and logic are correct then there may be others who are targeted to unwillingly act in the interests of America's adversaries.
